Masses & Dimensions: The vehicle has a gross weight of 90000 kg a payload capacity of 80000 kg and a curb weight of 15540 kg. The kingpin capacity is 22000 kg and the axle group weighs 64000 kg. Construction & Chassis: The chassis is a heavy-duty I-type frame made of fully welded S355 steel with a UPE 240 outer frame for extra durability. The chassis is welded using an automatic ARC-submerged process and the superstructure is welded with robot welding. The vehicle is equipped with 4 x 16-ton Özgül drum-brake axles mechanical leaf spring suspension (1214 leaves) a single-position EU-approved 2” kingpin (Çayırova Brand) 16+1 12 R 22.5 tires on 9.00 x 22.5 steel rims and a mechanically operated two-speed landing gear (Gos Brand).
Technical Features & Accessories: The braking system is a two-line air brake with emergency and service brake chambers. The 24V electrical system meets SAE/ADR standards and provides all-around lighting. The loading platform consists of a combination of 6/7 mm chequered steel and wooden edges and the hydraulic rear loading ramps (2800 x 900 mm) are reinforced with steel bars.
