"C-1200 Automatic" was created 12 years ago as an improved version of the old model "C-1200 Semi-automatic" which has been produced for more than 25 years in a semi-automatic version with manual controls.

Proven almost indestructible quality of the chassis, vibration technology and resistance to all kinds of weather conditions and even worse maintenance of concrete pipe manufacturers.

C-1200 Concrete pipe production equipment is an investment with very low depreciation and maintenance costs, designed for long-term exploitation.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:

C-1200 Automatic concrete pipe making machine can produce reinforced or non-reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 300-1200mm, by vibrating the core - the inner part of the mold.

A smaller part for shaping the upper part of the pipe, electrical and hydraulic controls are located above the shaft.

In the initial position, the pipe tool is in the shaft.

Filling the mold with concrete is done using an automatic dispenser.

All operations are automatic with the option of manual operation in case of recipe testing or vibration length testing before entering parameters as desired by the manufacturer.

Fresh concrete pipes are transported by hand with special carts (electric or hydraulic) - not included in the price.

Concrete pipes must be cured for 48 hours before being removed from the ring-pad.
