METALIKA BS-15V Concrete batching plant, with 3 hoppers for aggregate storage.

BS-15V is compact concrete batching plant with vertical rotation axis, suitable for all kinds of concrete.

Equipment is automatic with aggregate lifting basket, aggregate dose units -belt scale for aggregate measurement, water gauge with electromagnetic valve, pneumatic door opener and snail cement transporter with scale above the concrete mixer.

Dosing of cement is done by cement snail transporter.

Conveyor belt with scales for measuring aggregates. Conveyor belt is positioned under hoppers for storage different granulation of aggregates.

MAIN PARTS:

1) Plant frame with guide beams for skip baskets and 3 hoppers for aggregate
It is made of U-profiles, square tubes and covered with steel plates.

2) Skip device with basket that transport concrete from conveyor belt to the concrete mixer.

Concrete is mixed on a larger area which reduces the mixing time of concrete, but the quality of mixing is not reduced.

Inside the mixer is fully coated with a protective removable pads 10 mm thick.

The covers of mixers are made of a two-part so that at any time you can lift half of the cover over the winch. This system makes a lot easier maintenance of mixer.

4) Automatic control system and electro installation for complete batching plant
Command cabnet (controlling part) is made of steel and it is completely closed in IP56 protection level.
On the cabinet, there is touch panel through which it is possible to control BS-15V.
The control system allows operation in automatic mode, manual mode or in combination.
